Hey there! I’m Russell and I am a private tutor with 5+ years of experience teaching students from Year 3 - Year 12.
I am currently studying a Doctor of Medicine at UNE, achieving a 97th percentile in the UCAT.
I found studying and learning in Year 12 somewhat difficult, but I found the best way to learn something is to learn it in different ways and to enjoy what you learn – That is what I hope I can help you do! I always support my students and I never finish a lesson until my students fully understand the content, and I never want my students to leave a lesson having any kind of doubts – I’ve been in those shoes and it is stressful. I have a range of state-rank resources, essays and past papers which I supply my students to ensure they have all the material they need to succeed. I love teaching and seeing my students become ecstatic when they finally grasp a concept they’ve been struggling to understand in class is a big reason I love what I do!
These days if I am not studying or at the hospital, you might find me at the beach kicking a footy around or watching a movie with friends with a big bowl of nachos all to myself :)
